Im doing my first solo race this coming sunday and i was wonderig if anyone had any tips to help out a novice.

I have ran my NA twice in the Solo 2 autocross and its a blast all I can say is just have fun good luck.

make sure you walk the layout of the course with someone who has raced SCCA Solo before, so they can tell you some pointers. and see if someone will ride along with you the first coulple times so they can help with your driving position, style, etc. good luck and have fun!!!

In either case, relax, look ahead and try to be smooth

i've done it a few times remember sit with the seat strait up,always be looking to the next turn no the current one,and turn your rear veiw mirror backwards so you can't see it.

If your wondering about the mirror its so you won't look back to see if you hit any cones.

Its Solo 2 and thanks for the tips, i wish my supra was running so i could run it, but my mx-3 will be just fine.

and remember the best thing you can do your your car is adjust the nut behind the wheel lol

Where in Colorado did you find a Solo? I have been looking for one ( or something similar) for over two years now.
