This is the deal,when it rains or if i wash the car the air/fuel ratio gauge goes off the chart!,it doesn't even fluctuate like normal,it just stays full rich,at idle the car is rough and i can smell the gas.I dont have a fan shroud and i have a k/n filter.i changed the air flow meter,oxygen sensor and i am at a lost.
