I listened to a set of Rockford 4'' Power series T142's and liked the sound. The best part was that the speaker frame was larger than 4'' (about 4.2'') and looked to be close to the right shape. I bought the pair online for $60 shipped.
I cut the tabs (4 of them).
They fit perfect with no grinding or space issues inside the stock rear box, and they seal up perfect!
They come with allen screws, so I drilled a small hole and down they went, nice and tight. I think these are a great deal for the money. Sound much better than stock....
