Really quick easy question on fog lights

Do fogs lights have just one or two of the rubber Shielded gasket that goes around the light? I think they both should have the foam strip accross the top and the passenger side has the rubber shield, just asking because I'm selling a set of fogs.

I went out in the garage and looked at mine on the shelf (not installed because passenger side is messed up)..there is 1 rubber gasket on mine.
