Okay long story short I picked up a radiator cap at the Toyota dealer. It was a bit of a headache and I ended upt with a cap that looks just like my old one, but it is rated at 1.0 bar versus .9 bar. Will this matter? Am I playing with fire? The new one fits perfectly on there but I just don't understnad how the pressure rating comes into play.

all your doing is creating a .1 bar pressure increase in your system raising the boiling point of the coolant, and will put a little more stress on things (not a big deal at all.)
