I don't know what you call what I'm talking about which is why I'm asking for help. I know a lot of cars about 1992+ have a box underneath the steering wheel which is like a black box for airplanes. It records how fast you go and give you graphs of your car data if you plug it up a pc adapter. Does anyone know the correct name for this? Does the supra have one? I'm sorry I would have done a search but I don't know the name for it.

There are much better gadgets out there for keeping tabs on what your car does (and where it is) than factory EDRs if that's what you're interested in doing. Somehow I get the impression that's not the case though ;)
I was just interested in looking at the data but since it doesn't have it im not worried about it.
