So i just finished doing my first brake job on my supra since i got her and ran into a little problem. When i was doing my back brakes, my driver side rotor jsut came right off but my passanger side rotor got stuck on the drum. I ended up having to loosen my parking brake cable almost all the way to get that rotor off and when i followed the parking brake cable up i noticed that at the part where it splits into two its cocked at an angle. Is there an adjustment to even it out or is that how its supposed to be?

oh and does anybody have any experience with the royalty drilled and slotted rotors? so far they seem pretty decent but they were cheap so im just wondering if anythings up with them lol

I don't know if there is a recommended way to adjust the bias on the parking brake. Here is how I might do it tho.

Get the rear tires off the ground. Apply the parking brake 1 click at a time until 1 wheel gets some friction. At that point you know which side is tighter and you can either tighten that cable or loosen the other one. I think you want the parking brake to start engaging around 1/2 of the lever pull and fully engaged at 3/4 or so.
