Im having a little trouble making sure all the coolant and vacuum hoses go to the right spot. Are there diagrams i can use to refer to

1 of the cam cap bolts is stripped so im thinking i should use some helicoil to rethread it? Or is there some way to remove the dark protrusion that has the threads from the head and replace with a new one?

Theres 3 lines on the fuel rail. I got the fuel return hooked up, i got the far back hooked up...where is the middle fuel line supposed to go to?

Last, i dont know which order the clips on the injectors go. Some of the wires are diff colors...how can i match them up right?

The middle line goes to the cold start injector... it's on the upper intake manifold.

As for hose diagrams, the ones out of the EPC are a start, but they're not great:

As for the injector clips... shoulda labeled them before taking them off. The clips are two different colors on mine. 3 of each. they go on in alternating order, but I don't recall which comes first.

EDIT: are your clips two different colors? If they are I think you should be able to get it together as long as you find out which goes first. If your harness is still wrapped the clips will be coming out in three pairs, so all you need to know is which color comes first out of each pair.

EDIT2: Errr, your profile says you've got a MKII? Then you can probably dismiss everything I've posted. If you're working on a MKIII, what year is it?

Thanks for the reply. I have a mk2, but this is for my mk3 na that i bought and replaced HG, so im just putting it back together now.

If they alternate then it shouldnt be a problem because the front most one only has one click thats long enough to reach.

hey would someone post a pic of their fuel rail...i am interested in seeing what rear most fuel line's banjo bolt looks like. Because I only have 1 bolt thats big enough to fit...but its just like not the right bolt , no side or bottom holes

EDIT: well according to this pic diagram its the right bolt. it looks just like whats shown at 23270
But i dont understand how fuel is supposed to flow through it...theres 100% resistance if i blow the bottom

As long as they haven't been replaced, they alternate.

The rear banjo is held on with the Fuel Pressure Damper... it looks like the FPR, but smaller with a plastic cap and no vac line.
