Sounds like you have the same thing going on that I do. I haven't got it solved but I have got a temp fix.
Take off your door panel, unhooking both wiring harnesses. Theres 4 bolts in a rectangular shape near the middle. Remove the bottom left and right 2 bolts. Now roll your window down. The motor will swing up and then back down and line up at the bottom. Put the three bolts back in and your window should go up and down. But, you can't roll it all the way up. If yours is doing the same thing mine is, you can roll it all the way up, just don't keep holding the switch once its up, then itll make a loud click and wont go back down. As long as your careful about rolling up and dont go too far, you shouldn't have to take those bolts out. Hope that helps, if it didn't make any sense ill take my door panel off and take a pic.
Oh, and try and have someone there supporting the window when you're rolling it down so your tint doesn't get all scratched up. Do it slow and you should be fine.
