First you need to find one of the admin and PM them 5 times with the message..."LOOK AT ME!!!" After you have accomplished that, then they know you want to put a pic in your sig. Kind of like how the Supra shows us troubleshooting codes...5 PM's roughly translates into, I want sig help. Ok, after that, they'll e-mail you 6 forms.
First is the form 15...it's a legal consenting form, it's for formalities I've been told.
Second is the form 32-a. In this one you have to describe WHY you want to post a picture in your sig and the purpose it's going to serve.
Third is the form 32-b. In this one you have to describe the picture itself. The demensions, the colors, number of pixels...etc.
Fourth is the form 51-a-2. This one really serves no purpose so I don't know why it's added. It's a blank sheet! I think it's just to beef up the paperwork...who knows.
Fifth is the form 123-a. In this one you have to attack the picture you would like to have in your sig and you must have an online notary stamp it for authenticity...I guess to make sure that it's not hot pR0n or something.
And finally...the form A. In this one, you have to attach an e-signature saying that you and you alone completed all of the above paperwork and except all consequences of posting the picture.

Or you could go this route and host the picture somewhere. Then click "user CP" at the top of the page, click "signature" and then use the
tags plus the location of your picture on the internet inside the tags.
Whichever is easier for you.
Haha, yeah...I'm bored.
