Greddy Profec B Spec II + Perrin Electronic boost control solenoid

Why? My solenoid was fried in the fire and greddy wants 206+shipping :aigo: while Perrin wants $89
Both use duty cycles and both are single valves and both are 2-wire setups. Both even look the same minus the Greddy sticker and port location.
Perrin was intentionally meant for standalones like AEM and such. A rep at Perrin heard of it being done but that isn't very reliable.
