I am lookin to get a new supra to put my old motor in, most of the cars I have seen are in other states and I live in Los Angeles. I have a smog guy who will pass my cars no problem. Other than smog what other difficulties might I run into?

when i buy cars/motorcycles out of state the only difference in KY, is that they have to be inspected (that requres a notorized VTR), and since we don't have emissions testing, all they do is walk out and look at the vin number on the dash and make sure th emilage matches what's listed.
