Only one speed heater.. still

Hey guys, I replaced my heater resistor. I've replaced the climate control unit. Still only one speed. However, when I looked at the old resistor, the small and medium coils were broken but the high wasn't. Does that mean the only one I have working is high? Just seems like i don't have a lot of heat flowing out. Does your 'high' setting come out pretty slow?

could have a loose ground on the fan motor, this would cause the resistor to eventually burn up and could also cause the fan to run slow. id start there.

yea ck the connections and if you have a volt meter hook it up to the wires that run to the blower motor and see if the voltage changes shen you change the fan switch.
