oil pressure guage question (7mgte swap)

im going na-t with full gte electronics so basically its just a turbo swap with high compression. the car the motor is going into was originally a NA and im wondering if the voltage gauge will still work since the turbo cars had boost guages there. i know the tach will not work and that i have to order the msd converting thing.

the engine and electronics are going into a 89 and the color of the cps connector is green on the cps and gray on the harness this same color problem occurs on the coil pack as well. however they both plug in i was wondeirng if this is normal for a 89



could a admin change the title to voltage guage

The volt gauge should work fine.

tach will not work and that i have to order the msd converting thing.

Uh, you only need to spend 2 minutes swapping a couple resistors. Save the money for something else. If you can't find the details I'll post them later.

it does work. mine is still working fine.

also you could just swap out the tach to a turbo tach its plug and play.

i have dr jonez resistor swap guide ill just do that then i assume you can get those resistors at radioshack or somthing
