The A/C switch has to be pushed in.

actually, speaking of A/C, i was about to start a thread but i guess i'll jack this guy's thread before he gives a more elaborate description...
what's the significance of the two electric fans over the rad on an 89+ to the one on the pre89?
i'm working on gettin my A/C up as well. Will I see the rad fan(s) run in conjuction with the condensor fan?

I am about to wire in both fan styles on my car. Once the A/C is on in this area you can never have too much air going across the condensor. Will be especially good in stop and go traffic.
