No turn signals..... wtf?

so my turn signals dont work ( just got the car, 87 turbo )

the guy who I bought it from told me it was just the flasher relay and gave me a new one, replaced it, and they still dont work,

could it be the actual hazard switch?

Make sure your flasher button is clipped on all the way. That shit happened to me also; I was going nuts using my arms outside in the freezing ass rain; plus people look @ you like you're a wierdo.
