Ok, i havent posted in a really long time...
but today, i thought id do some tinkering with my toy.
I cleaned the filter, removed the UICP and disconnected the O2 sensor, and the AFM.
Well i put it all back together, but i forgot the o2 sensor...
Well i went driving around without knowing the o2 sensor wasnt hooked up.
It drove fine, everything was good (wideband wasnt any wierder than it always is)
So then i come home, and chill. Then i decide to leave again and meet this chick.
So i drive and it drives good, and boosts just fine.
Well i meet this chick, she wants to go for a ride.
Well we drive to another place, and my car is still good.
she gets in, im leaving the parking lot (still drives good) then when i pull out, i try and boost it...and it kinda goes lean, sputters and messes up. So then when i push the gas, its not smooth at all, it has no power when pressing the throttle at about 15%. It bogs and when i push the throttle all the way, it like cuts the power off and my Wideband goes LEAN!!!! so i try to boost and it wont build boost.
So i thought...shit, intercooler pipe blew...but well, that wasnt it.
I pulled over, checked and saw my O2 was disconnected. i pluged that back in and checked the pipes, the AFM and tightened a hose i forgot.
Well it still does it.
I got code 24, 31, 51. Ive had those for a while, and they wont go away, and i used to have 2 more codes too...but it always drove fine.
It idles fine, and when its sitting i rev it up its fine. only when i start driving it its fucked.
What do you all think this could be. i checked the Wires for the O2 sensor, if they were melted would it do this?
Would the AFM have taken a crap on me?
i just put the car for sale today too, and this shit happens right in front of a new girl that i just met which was embarrasing..she wanted to kick it with me...how fucking stupid!
