my car currently is silver but in the next month or so it'll be getting a makeover. i'm leaning towards painting the car a dark grey color. the car already has a spec-g bumper and turbo a-duct from Shine. i attached a pic below to show you roughly what the car will look like with the color i picked.

further down is a pic of my actual wheels sitting in my garage that are going to go on the car once it comes out of paint. now to the actual question. should i powdercoat my wheels black to go along with that paint scheme?

any other ideas? looking for suggestions.

IIRC it is blue....he photoshopped it...rsaeini if you got the money....polish it...it would look sweet :bigthumb: ...i couldnt afford it and my uncle bought the paint supplies..all duplicolor....otherwise i would definitely wanted them polished...heres some before and after pics from my experience

they're already polished. that's just a really bad picture of them so you can't tell. i took the pic without flash.

yes, i photoshopped the color on the car.

Personally, I like anything I don’t have to polish just to make it look decent, I prefer painted wheels myself. Another cool aspect I’ve notice on my spray painted wheels, is the brake dust washes right off and doesn’t seem to stick like it did to the stock sawblade clearcoat finish.

since they're already polished, i think i may just leave them the way they are until i get the car out of paint to see what it'll look like with that color. if i don't like it then i'll just powdercoat them then.

thanks for the responses.
