I need to know the right way to take off and install the piece that is missing in the picture. I'm buying a new one and the seller needs to know how to take it off. Thankyou.

Will, you have to remove the interior trim panel and then you can remove the outer garnish piece that you are refering to.
IIRC - To remove that particular interior trim panel he'll need to start by removing the rear center panel and work his way forward.
