i have a 90 mkIII supra ....and the guy i bought it from put in a 7mge and started doing wiring for turbo he put eh ecu computer all the wires...and it runs liek crap what do i need to run properly? help is needed

For us to help you make it run properly, we're going to need a lot more info. If the ECU is for a gte and everything else is from an NA, then you might just need an NA ecu.
yea the woring harness all that is for a gte....i dont have pics right now and havent worked on it enough because of all teh damn snow i have been getting
