Motor mount brackets, what the diffrerence?

Whats the difference between the Bic Performance pre 89 brackets and those of Driftmotion? Im trying to decide on which ones to go with.

i cant say for sure but if i recall when i was at the site last...the mounts DM carries are a BIC product
