Mirror in Sun visor removal or where to get visors recovered

yep, you guessed it! I'd like to know if anyone knows how to remove a mirror from a sun visor, I'd like to recover my visors.
Any one know here I can visors recovered?

Ive replaced the mirrors in the visors before ... Its not too hard , but inside is some 2O yr old glue , you gotta be careful when pulling that part apart ...
After that its easy to put in a new mirror

Yep, a interior shop, most of them can't do it without having a large seam on the edges, the visors that we have the seam is really small
