ok car is up and running what can cause my car to say sometimes hit 15 psi and the rest of the time only be hitting 12 then fuel cut. here is my set up http://www.fullthrottletech.com/showthread.php?t=5087
ive had it taken to a shop for that tune and they couldnt get past 12 psi but my car since then has had more mods bhg repair .
my mods

intercooler hard pipes tial bov fake from driftmotion
maftpro speed density lc1 wideband
dual stage boost controller turbo smart
full three inche exaust
550 siemens injectore's
arp head studs felpro gasket
walbro fuel pump
kn filter
the car drives good just hits fuel cut at 12 psi what on maftpro eliminates that ive researched its all in the tune but but im running good afr under boost

you dont want to eliminate fuel cut. tune rich with the afpr and then pull enough fuel out with the maft pro to stay under boost cut. l tune so that fuel cut is 2-3 psi above my "limit".

i know fuel cut is here to prtoect our engines but im running 11.5 when i hit it then when im cruising im running 12.3 to 12.7

How much fuel are you taking out on the Main Scale?
