Anyone living in the San Jose, CA are know of a good machine shop that I could take the header to go get it mill and remove the dips that I am seeing on the contact surface?

Have you tried looking under machine shops in the yellow pages? Any body with a mill and knowledge on how to run it should be able to help you out.

Call them up and ask if they have a CBN resurfacer. If they look confused, call another. If they talk intelligently, or say they have PCD, or prefer carbide, keep talking!
