Hvyman is referring to LSD oil made by Ford...it is a good choice for a LSD with a lot of miles on it. It is straight differential oil - an LSD requires some slip to function correctly. Ford sells a friction modifier for that purpose. Some LSD oils already have the modifier included in the formula...Redline comes to mind ;)

Oh, and just in case you hadn't already done this, my best two pieces of advice here:

-Remove the "fill" bolt first, and...
-Use a 6-point socket.

Trust me on this. Nobody likes to nearly strip the head on the fill bolt, with an empty diff. ;)
