lost package

so its been almost a week since a package i'm waiting for was last updated through fed ex! i figured it would be a little delayed due to the weather but not like this. i called and the cust. rep said the sender may need to file a claim for me. what does that guy care? he got paid and is done with it. waiting to hear back this afternoon from fed ex i guess. blah this sucks!

Just call the main center and tell then your package is lost provide them with a tracking number.It's usually is the receiver who has to file the claim and hopefully the seller did put a warranty on your package.

ya i spoke with fed ex and they suggested i get ahold of the seller and have them file the claim. idk that sounds wrong. and hopefully because it was done through paypal i have a little bit of insurance but who knows. pretty bummed about it all
