Issues with electrics, possisble ECU or Harness Problems

So I just got to test some new things on my car in order to get it started. This is what I came up with:

When I disconnect a yellow plug that connects some wires from the ECU to the fuse box(directly to 15A EFI fuse) and turn on my ignition I do not blow the 15A EFI Fuse, however with these wires connected the fuse will blow when I turn on the ignition. This leads me to believe that there could either be something wrong with my ECU or the wires that run in between the yellow plug and the ecu or the yellow plug and the fuse box.

I believe that I have all of the wires from the harness hooked up correctly, which i'm going to triple check today for loose connections or something I may have missed on the harness. I also checked the ECU and I get correct voltage readings for what I was able to check with just having the ignition on and battery connected.

I tried to run the Diagnostic Check and it did not work, my check engine light would not come on and I suspect it is due to the fuse that keeps blowing.

I have my ECU out of my car and am about to take it apart to take a look inside to see if anything is burnt from when I could have possibly shorted it.

Is there anything in particular I should look for when exploring my ECU board, and also should I be concerned about the state of my harness from after when I screwed up and shorted it the first time?

Is there anything else that I should look for?

The CEL doesn't work because of the EFI fuse (as you suspect).

I'd check the wiring supplying power to the ECU. Also check the O2 sensor wires.

I had alittle spare time this evening so before it got dark I went to retrace the hot wires for the ecu from the plug to the firewall, everything looks clean underneath the harness shell.

As for the O2 sensor it is hooked up properly, but, before the swap my father had disconnected my line running from my A/F gauge to the O2 sensor kind of ruggedly since he didn't know what it was. I told him what it was and he reconnected it, I checked over it and it seems fine.

I did find a few stray harness plugs in the engine bay which I'm unsure what they are for. My car does not have ABS but it has every other feature the 86.5 supra could possibly come with. The extra one I really don't remember being there is a white 4 port plug male end coming from the passenger fender and it runs to near the charcoal canister and the resistor on the passenger side fender. The other two one which has a blue and white wire on a male connector and the other which has a red and yellow wire on a male connector run from appears to be from the front of the engine bay to and are able to fall freely to near where the O2 sensor connector is. Some pics will be attached.
