Anyone know where to start when changing the interior? seats, wheels, shifters, you know all that stuff...

I started to do this my self as well. I started 2 days ago because im changing my burgundy interior to gray.
I started with the door panels. Remember the door locks, and the inside door handle as well.
After the door panels then start from the rear of the car and work to the front and the easy thing to do is to make a box of stuff that you know where the stuff/peices go and that would be easy to remove, so that once you change the interior then it would be easy to install it once you change everything else.
