They typically consist of two long throw drivers, same style as any typical Bose sub. The one I have is from a 2005 Nissan Murano. You have to make sure that you get one for a 16" wheel.

Here is my amp and sub setup in my supra. (i will most likely be switching to a smaller 5 channel amp eventually, I really like the new JL xd series as they are so tiny and very powerful).

Does your targa top fit over it? How does that affect the sound?

I don't mean to thread jack, but will the Infinity Kappa series (6.5") fit in a 91 supra front door without any modifications? Was thinking of running Kappa in the front and Reference in the rear with a sub as well (haven't figured out which sub yet).

On another note, I was just on crutchfield and they say that the front door speakers are 4" for a '91 and 92 supra, which is clearly wrong from what I've read...
