I had the same problem. The two screws on the door were loose on mine. PUll the door panel off and check them. I put it off and wound up ripping my tint on the door because it was loose. how far down is it before it catches?

about 1/3 maybe a little less/more. I worked it down by pulling up on the front of the glass. I worked it up, caught in the same exact spot. All the way up untill that point it was smooth sailin.

Checked it out, It's the little arm that slides in between the guide. It must have poped out when the door was being shut. I have another door I need to put on so im not to worried about it. The extra door I have is complete with window and all so no biggie.
