How to remove door panels

How do i remove it, I have almost everything out and theres something in the middle holding it, what is it?

door won't stay shut. aftermarket alarm with locks, unlocked door and at the same time some person tired to open door, then sanp door won't shut.

theres a screm in the cup below the door opening handle on the inside and to in the oh shit handles and the rest are plastic tabs that pull out
