How much would u pay for a clean ae86?

found this dark blue 5 speed clean corolla today. its got good tires. im unsure of the milage but it is VERY clean. nice interior and the like. couple door dings. the pricing guides online [edmunds and kelleybluebook] dont go back far enough for those years.. what should i offer this guy?
