How do I clock a ct-12?

I finally installed these rebuilt/upgraded ct12s I got from driftmotion and the intake pipes (and more noticably the hot pipes) don't line up very well.

one of the turbos compressor housings must be about 3-5 degrees out of rotation.

I pulled the snap ring off the front turbo in hopes that would let me spin the compressor housing, but there must be more to it...

It was tough to bolt down the front charge pipe to the turbo because its tugging up on the hose in the middle
