since the little fire i had, i replaced all of the vac lines for the evc. it still doesnt read boost and is slow to react the most i have gotten from it is -2.3 psi even when the stock gauge says like 4 psi. i know that im pushin a little boost cause i can feel it. what the hell am i doin wrong. i have 1/4 inch fuel line going to the waste gate and there all tight. please and insight would be of great help thanks, dan

old thread i know but i have another question about the evc6. or any electronic boost controller. ok our cars have the the stock gauge of course but when you hook up the evc do u bypass the boost control solonoid or leave it hooked up. i left mine hooked up but i think its what is preventing me from raising boost with the evc. and thoughts on this. thanks
the one that the stock boost gauge is hooked to or am i mistaken. either way sometime i can boost to target boost which is like 14-15 psi, but other times its like the wastegate wont open and it shoots to 21-23 psi and fuel cut.
