High idle

Well ever since i've had this supra it's had a high idle. The tuning shop got it down to about 900RPM but after the dyno it went back up to about 11-1200RPM. My boost guage is showing about -25 (what ever unit inmg or something like that). Timing is right on, it was done by the tuning shop. lots of mods including:

*engine has 750miles on it
550cc
lex afm
greddy spec II
SAFCII
3angle valve job slightly ported
Upgraded IC/pipes
upgraded radiator
3" exhaust turbo back
bored
2mm MHG
Valves are properly shimmed


Smoke test shows no vacum leaks at teh dyno shop...any ideas? maybe IAC?

No codes? Maybe try to clean the isc valve. I did yesterday and it helped me with my idle.

What I did was take off the metal pipe from the 3000 intake pipe and then through the rubber hose(that goes to the ISC) I had sprayed some carb cleaner with the small straw it came with. Dont completely remove the metal pipe just enough so that you can fit straw between the rubber hose and the metal pipe and sometimes you will need to give it a little gas so the motor will not die.
