help with power mirrors?

any body no why the 7.5a Radio fuse would blow every time i try to adjust my mirrors?

is that the amperage that should be in there? and are you saying that the fuse labled "radio" is blowing? not the mirror one?

yes my Haynes Manuel says that fuse number 5 for junction block no.1 there is supposed to be a 7.5a fuse for the radio there is also a fuze marked MIR-HTR and it is a 10a but it is not affected when i attempt to adjust the mirrors. so i have no idea what the deal is. now i will add that there isn't a engine in the car and that i am just using a battery and i have a set of jumper cables attached to my supra from my other car to keep it charged but that shouldn't affect the fuses. if anyone has anything im open to any idea ill try them all to figure this out.
