HELP . Soarer 1JZ fuel cut @ .6 BAR

here we go , im working on a soarer whit a 1jz and a big turbo , the problem is that it Feels like a Fuel cut around .6 bar...

coils are news , Wired a other map sensor , does the same... i tought it was the ''FCONZ'' but i pluged it stright to the stock ECU and it still does the same...

Now i dont know where to look at .... any idea ?
