i finished my rebuild and my oil pressure sensor started leaking after 4 days of driving it. i guess i didnt tighten it down hard enough. is there any way of tightening the sensor with out ripping everything off again. or can you get a smaller profile one so it will fit in a socket? :1zhelp: thanks

Remove the P/S Res...you don't have to disconnect the lines and just move it out of the way. Use a shorty 14mm wrench...the hex for the wrench is on the bottom of the dome just above the threads where it screws into the block. Very little oil should leak...the oil drains down to the pan from that location. Use teflon paste on the threads (don't get it on the sensor hole) and tighten down...that will prevent a leak.
