Help fuel leak

I changed this part twice and is still the same problem, it keeps on leaking fuel from around when the car its on. as you can see the red line around thats where it leaks. should I tried another one, Help me guys.

Fuel Pulsation Damper (FPD)...unlucky you got two bad ones. You'll have to replace it.
Wouldn't run the car with a fuel leak unless you want to have a weenie roast.
