Alright guys you were a huge help on the last idiotic issue that I had. Hopefully you can help with this one. I am on an extremely fresh rebuild and the car won't spool past about 6 or 7 PSI. It acts like a fuel cut defense, but I am running a HKS VPC so that shouldn't happen...correct? What am I dealing with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
