So my passenger side headlight has apparently decided that it doesnt want to come up on its own. It's kinda embarrasing having to hood up on my car everytime I want to turn my headlights on. Anybody else had this problem before? The actual headlight itself works fine its just it wont come up when the driver side one does thus forcing me to drive around in broad daylight with my headlights up like some sort of wanker. Any help, advice, or snide remarks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

I would go simple first...

Check to make sure the motor is working. If you can hear it trying to run, then check to make sure the arm is freely moving. If its not grease it and find the problem.

Other than that, Im not sure you have an option besides replacing the motor assembly - that is if you find out the plug is getting power when you turn the head lights on. If the plug isn't getting power, then someing is either blown or disconnected up stream.

HTH.
