OK I'm going to buy some ARP head bolts for my car becuse people are say that the stock head bolts can only stand up 57 torc and the head is to be 75 torc is this right. Cuz I read up saying that the head bolts well loosen up after awhile and start getting oil in cylender 6 and well effect the boost pressure of the car when you drive. is this all true and any other tips about well help thanks. Ok the intercooler I'm also going to buy an font mount aftermarket inercooler I been look at other people car wandering how they setup the intercooler without using front face manifold. I can only see the regular manifold piping down but how they do the turbo side piping done any tricks to it. thanks

Loose head bolts will result in a BHG. Arp bolts requre re-torque after a few heat cycles as well as preloading to get proper torque readings during install.

Are you pulling the head for a headgasket job or just wanting to change the bolts? what mods are you runnig or planning to run?

well I bought the gasket rebuild kit off of ebay and it looked like it was fine my friend said in the manual the the torc on the head is wrong and need to be more but the stock boilts can't handle it and told me to get ARP

What you want Intercooler wise is a spearco style ic with both inlet and outlet on the same side so you don't have to have too many extra bends restricting flow. A bunch of people make spearco knockoffs and IIRC 935 here on the forum sells one for like 300$. Drop the tube and fin and replace with bar and plate! https://935motorsports.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=79_14&osCsid=7d654deaaea1fe4fa3ac6b25f0d0b91f

What head gasket did you use?

Ok so basicaly like stock.....well you will probably be good for like 8-10 psi but after that you might want to look at a felpro or a metal gasket(MHG requires lots of prep work!). If you reused the stock bolts you are on borrowed time. If you used new stock bolts they should be ok at stock boost for the time being. Never reuse stock head bolts they strech and are unreliable.:nono:

ARP FTW! I would replace every screw bolt and nut with arp products if I had the cash:biglaugh:

ARP Head Studs = FTW!

Don't forget there's 2 different types to go with on the ARP hardware. The bolts have their threads on the bottom towards your block, and the studs have threads on both the bottom & top where to will attach to the head. You'll get better clamping for about $15,
