Have tried 2 different afm's still throwing 31

Could my throttle position sensor cause this code to be thrown?
I tested it and if I'm doing it right it might be bad?
Getting tired of throwing money at this engine...:3d_frown:
Oh and throwing a 51 so I think tps is bad
But why 31?!
