ok... so im gonna buy the head package off suprastore. gates performance timing belt is 46 bucks cheaper... do you think i should save that money? or quit being a cheap bastard and spend the extra? fyi im a poor kid... would it really matter?

Probably wouldn't matter. Greddy doesn't even make their timing belts so chances are they are both the same quality.

our cars don't have a tendancy to snap them or eat them, and if they do break (which is very rare) the engines are noninterfearnace and won't damage anything...
Only time I'd run a stronger belt is if I had some extreme cams...
