Gauges sizing

Well after i recieved my oil pressure and water temp gauges i soon found out that niether the oil pressure sender nor the water temp sender swap out for the same size. I found by searching i need a 1/8 NPT TO 1/8 BSPT for the oil pressure but im unsure about the water temp sender. What size is the stock one? What size is the prosport one? The prosport sender seems much smaller than the stock but i dont know what size i need to buy, i need this stuff asap so please help out!

Is the water temp gauge electric or mechanical?

If its electric the sender will be 1/8" NPT like your electric oil pressure gauge. Any electric gauge will come with the correct adaptor for a MK3 thermostat housing. I think it's 3/8" NPT, I have a stock temp gauge sender sitting in my console, are you going to make me go out and measure it?

haha, my prosport electric gauge came with no such fittting. I went to napa and they had a fitting but the threads were too short to reach into the fitting...
are you sure its 3/8"?

Thanks for the help, napa didnt jhave one for the oil sender either.

Im pretty sure the sender i have from prosport doesnt have the same size threads as the oil pressure, oil pressure diameter seems smaller.
