I have been searching and haven't been able to find anything. I have venom 550's installed, which may be the problem to start with. I was driving down the road with the car running fine and all of the sudden while stopped at a light, the car suddenly starts pouring fuel out of the exhaust, I mean pouring, with smoke out the back of the car. The motor has been rebuilt approx. 200 miles ago. I believe thatit must be something directly related to the fuel system. No check engine light. Fuel system consists of a walbro 255, venom 550's and aeromotive afpr. In order to keep from having to purchase another set of injectors, I am checking everything else first. The afpr maintains a steady, correct fuel pressure, so I know it has nothing to do with the afpr or pump. I am in the process of putting the fpd eliminator on, since I was already going to anyways, but does anyone know anything else it could be besides the injectors? I have already listened to the injectors, but a screwdriver is only so accurate....... and they seemed to be fine. the wiring harness is pretty new, so it's not a wiring problem.. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Positive it is smoke and not steam (BHG) I have heard venoms are shit, but no experience. You would think with a stuck injector your fuel pressure would drop due to fuel flowing faster? Buy a stethoscope from harbor freight and listen that way. maybe try tapping injectors see if it clears up.

also check the basics coolant and such to make sure you are having a fuel issue. i have no cats got bhg and smelled like raw fuel

Venom injectors are junk, if you really want to get them flow tested to see how bad they are apart.
Are you sure gasoline is "pouring" out of the exhaust? or does it just smell as if it were?

Do a compresion test if you are at all concerned that you have a blown hg.

Like was mentioned in the thread you posted back in 2009, Venom injectores are horrable and should be avoided like the plauge.:http://www.supramania.com/forums/sh...exhaust-white-smoke&highlight=venom+injectors

Here is some more reading about venom injectors

http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=393612

There is also a reason we don't allow the sale of venom injectors here on the forums. http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39756

It seems that a venom injector malfunctions it's designed to fail in the open position. That is what one dealer says so take it how you will.

I understand wanting to make sure it isn't the injectors, but in this situation your just wasting time. You need to get rid of those injectors and get something more reliable. Especially if your deleting the fuel cut. Also check your coolant, flushing that much fuel through a cylinder will wash the oil off the walls. it can damage the cylinder liner or piston rings by creating to much heat. Or it can lead to engine failure if enough fuel gets in to your oil and dilutes it. so check your oil.
