Has anyone seen this. there seems to be allot of it out there. It's a sign up thing like that Amway stuff to distribute.

But do you think it's realy posible. Check it out. was wondering what people thoughts are. Not that i am going to use it. but i have had a bunch a friends ask me about it. I dont know what to think of it. In my mind what they describe does not sound like it would really give and fuel savings
