foam gasket thing for tems cap/cover

since the engine is out i was stripping a few things and going to have them powder coated and when taken off the tems covers or caps whatever its referred to as has a foam gasket between then and the cars engine bay itself

now being that this gasket thing is 20 years old the outer area is hard and the inner area is soft and they are also stuck to the covers so i had to rip them off lol

so what im asking here is can i get new ones? i couldn't find them in the electronics parts catalog, maybe i missed it

Mine had foam. I don't think you'd be able to order the foam separately though.

oh hmm if they are that much, thats not bad i might just pick up 2 new ones instead of refinishing these since it will cost a little bit to powdercoat these
