I'm looking for a set of exhaust bolts for my 7M-GTE and I've tried Autozone, R&S Strauss, and a couple of local service stations. None of those places had the studs. Can someone tell me the size of the stud and bolt and where online can i order them? Thanks!

Toyota head studs I was getting were originally too short. I had to go back and they finally got me right but I lost time. Some others I talked to were having the same problem.

I installed new helicoils when I replaced my studs. Wish I had thought about going to the larger stud like in the driftmotion kit. It sounds like a good idea.

Another vote for the Driftmotion kit. I just did it this past weekend. Awsome kit! I already had the head off so it was a 30 minute affair. Goin' to be a little tougher while still in the car if you don't have an angle drill and a good feeling for "right" angles.

I found the kit lacking in execution. The fact that an OEM gasket must be compromised to fit, coarse threads on the head side, hardware below my personal standards of quality, and ending up with SAE fasteners on a metric engine for example. That said it works fine for people who're willing to overlook those and a few other minor issues. Since coiling for stock sized studs delivers more than adequate performance without them, and since I'm anal about the engineering that goes onto every car I work on, I'm not. Call it my problem.
