Evo I/c

Does anyone know if the i/c used in the new lancer evo is better than the stock mk3 i/c? I work for mitsubishi and I can get one for $420. The dimensions are about the same, and the hose connections are about the same size, it seems to be made of aluminum and is very light, it is also slightly thicker than the stock i/c. Any thoughts?

Also interested!! I would like to see if this could work. My buddy had his EVO totalled already but will be buying it back from the ins. co. I might have to try this out.
